We kindly request formal attire for the celebration. For men, a suit and tie in any color is perfect. For women, we suggest a long gown for a more elevated look. Think dressed to impress for an elegant evening.

We're excited to share a few hotel options to help making planning your trip a little easier:
We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our wedding guests. To receive the discounted rate, please book by September 2, 2026. Availability may be limited, so we encourage you to book early. Please note: the room block requires a two night minimum stay. One night reservations are still available by booking directly with the hotel outside of the block.
Wedding day shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue for guests. Even if you are not staying at the Marriott, you're welcome to use the shuttle from any of the designated pick up locations.
Shuttle will depart at 4:30pm.
A charming boutique motel in St. Helena, located about a 10 minute walk or a short ride away.
Located in Fairfield, about 1 hour away. Shuttle service will also be available from this location on wedding day.
Wedding day shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue for guests. Even if you are not staying at the Residence Inn Fairfield Napa, you're welcome to use the shuttle from any of the designated pick up locations.

Let’s rewind to 2016. James and Nicole met through work and quickly became friends. From the start, James was drawn to Nicole’s energy, confidence, and fearless spirit. Their boss tried relentlessly to play matchmaker, but Nicole wasn’t having it. She was 18, busy living her best life, and definitely not in the market for a husband.
They started doing gym sessions together “just as friends,” which, depending on who you ask, may or may not have been James’s clever way of spending more time with her. The connection grew, and at the work holiday party later that year, one of them got a little ahead of themselves and said, “I’m going to marry you.” They laughed it off in the moment, but fate may have been listening.

Our Story
Not long after, James asked Nicole on their first official date, ice skating. From there, things took off. Nicole brought her signature chaos and charm into James’s world: music festivals, spontaneous trips, and the day she casually came home with a dog named Nuggie. No heads up, just “this is our dog now.” James wasn’t exactly prepared to be a dog dad that day, but like most things with Nicole, he rolled with it and eventually fell just as hard for Nuggie as he had for Nicole.
James, steady and sincere, became the calm to Nicole’s whirlwind, and together they grew, balancing each other in all the best ways. In 2024, he proposed in Cabo after eight years of laughter, growth, and unforgettable memories. Now, nearly a decade after it all began, they’re finally saying “I do” in Napa and can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you.
